Keep our tracking systems and reports up to date, you’ll be the one who keeps everything running smoothly and on time. Coordinate apprenticeships and learning & development activities to help our people grow. Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives, from site forums to regional recognition programs, you’ll help every voice be heard. Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner, escalating complex matters and contributing to innovative HR projects. What You’ll Bring: A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal with a knack for building strong, trusted relationships. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (you’ll juggle multiple priorities and make it look easy). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, can-do approach to working across different sites. Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working toward it) and a valid UK driving licence.
