Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner, escalating complex matters and contributing to innovative HR projects. What You’ll Bring: A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal with a knack for building strong, trusted relationships. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (you’ll juggle multiple priorities and make it look easy). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, can-do approach to working across different sites. Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working toward it) and a valid UK driving licence.
