We’re looking for a Senior Conveyancer/Licensed Solicitor
At Habito, our mission is to make homeownership easier and that means not just helping people secure their mortgage, but supporting them all the way through conveyancing. That’s why we launched our in-house conveyancing firm, fully regulated by the CLC, to work hand in hand with our brokerage.

We’re looking for an experienced residential conveyancer with a minimum of five years PQE to help deliver and grow this service to the highest standard. Our focus on technology and team structure helps streamline the conveyancing process, enabling fee earners to do their best work and keep clients and third parties updated throughout the transaction.

We’re a remote-first, collaborative team, united by the belief that homebuying can and should be better. Leads flow directly from Habito’s brokerage and services, freeing you to focus on delivering excellent legal work and keeping clients and third parties fully supported throughout their transaction.

Handling the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, with experience in re-mortgages, new-build developments, and Help to Buy schemes.
You will manage your own caseload independently and provide insightful feedback to our technical teams on how our systems can better support efficient, high quality work.
Commercial property experience is a plus but not required.
English law qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with residential property experience.
Detail oriented with strong accountability and compliance focus.
Thrives in a team first, remote environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive culture.
