Interestingly, they have five staff members who just work on the technology side developing their platform.They are using technology in order to improve customer service and have a tech-enabled workload reduction. This innovative firm has plans to grow substantially and take more market share in the coming years.There is a Silicon Valley start-up feel throughout the company with a real buzz throughout the office. With them still being a relatively young company now is an exciting time to join, with this growth planned there are excellent career prospects.RoleThe company have a non-hierarchical, collaborative and team focussed approach to the conveyancing work that they undertake. You will be managing the conveyancing process from start to finish dealing with matters of a HNW nature.This role would really suit a forward-thinking ILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer that enjoys and embraces technology. Their product is unique, and we feel this is a firm to watch whose offering is ahead of the curve in the conveyancing market.RequirementsYou will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQEYou will have excellent interpersonal skillsWorking well in a collaborative modern work setting is essentialYou should be able to run a conveyancing caseload with limited or no supervisionWhats on offer?An above market rate salary based on PQE and experience.A flexible working pattern based on your needs and wants.The chance to join a thriving virtual practice with growth as a core strategy.
