THE ROLE**:
With the conveyancing market booming and Residential Conveyancers working exceptionally hard to deal with the influx of work, you could certainly be forgiven for thinking that you should be getting a greater reward than your basic salary This Consultancy roleoffers just that, with the opportunity to retain 70% of your billings whilst also working within a flexible and autonomous business model.

You are given the freedom to focus uponthe requirements of your clients, delivering exceptional client care and efficient service.**THE CANDIDATE**:
This opportunity is suited to a qualified Solicitor, FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and a client following or a good base of client contacts to bring with you to the role. You will be given accessto the firm’s lender panels however it is anticipated that you will supplement this with your own relationships/business development activities.
