They’re expanding their commercial team and looking for a Junior Account Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their sales journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their long-term growth Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs Working closely with technical specialists to develop accurate proposals and solutions Delivering presentations and product overviews to help clients understand technical capabilities Tracking account performance, pipeline and renewal opportunities Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and prompt support Hitting revenue targets while maintaining a relationship-first approach Who They’re Looking For A confident communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships Commercially minded and motivated by helping clients grow Curious, proactive and eager to expand your product knowledge Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple accounts at once Ambitious, career-focused and excited about progression Tech experience isn’t required, what matters most is your attitude and desire to build a future in account management.
