Business developer, internship developer

As a Business Developer at The Retail Group Holdings, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expansion in the global retail space design and architectural market. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence internationally.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the retail and architectural sectors globally.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enter new markets and expand our presence in existing markets.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and incorporated into project proposals.
Collaborate with other team members to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development strategies, including things like the company website and social media platforms, including the development and maintenance of all marketing materials (portfolios, qualifications packages, brochures, etc.)
Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to upper management using key account metrics.
Promote the business with prominent industry speaking engagements, panel discussions, competitions and others. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development or marketing, preferably in the design, architecture, or retail industry.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinker with a creative problem-solving ability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with exceptional networking experience: highly personable and engaging.
Fast, efficient, and flexible with effective problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
