About the Lab Team

The Lab team is an agile team within Resolve that drives and supports strategic future initiatives with advertisers, partners and suppliers. We work to create early lean prototypes of products and business models to test value, viability, and opportunity. We take a consultative approach to our partners, understanding their needs and helping them solve them with the Resolve technology as our foundation.

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and experienced Client Lead professional to drive our enterprise partner conversations. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • New business: work with colleagues from across the business and our strategic partners to help drive the Resolve vision and narrative in wider group pitches.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise partners. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with partners to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies to leverage Resolve's solutions to meet these objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Resolve’s products and services. Drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and partnership development.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure client needs are met and feedback is integrated into product development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics for client accounts. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to shape Resolve’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a client leadership or similar role within the marketing technology industry, preferably with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Skills: Strong communication, commercial, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile clients and deliver exceptional results.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of SaaS and enterprise marketing products, digital advertising technologies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, business leaders, and attend industry events.
