Quality & Product Safety Coordinator

We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their team as a Quality & Product Safety Coordinator. This pivotal role supports the QHSE Manager in maintaining the company's Quality and Hygiene Management System, ensuring the products supplied to customers meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Working closely with the site management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in upholding compliance with related policies and procedures, contributing significantly to the company's commitment to excellence.

In your role as a Quality & Product Safety Coordinator, you will support the QHSE Manager in a myriad of vital tasks. You will assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures to continually advance the quality management systems. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date calibration records, manage the service and repair of laboratory equipment, and conduct detailed quality assurance activities. These tasks are designed to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:
  • GCSE grades 3/C or above in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High personal conduct and professional performance, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A reliable and flexible individual with the ability to manage changing priorities and meticulous attention to detail.
