**About the role**

We're excited to be looking for an **External Quality Assurer** for the Business, IT and Sales sector on a flexible worker contract and would love it if you come and join us on our future journey.

As a External Quality Assurer
- Business, IT and Sales, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out external quality assurance activities, completing reports within specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) to
a high standard, ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed of the outcomes
- Collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance activities are tailored to
specific centre requirements
- Identifying any development needs, risks and areas of non-compliance and develop action planning specific to the
centre with clear timeframes and ownership linked to each area
- Proactively support and provide advice to centres on improving their performance, effectiveness and consistency to
drive improved quality which in turn supports changing customer and business needs
- Supporting, implementation and embedding of change to drive the business and wider EQA team forward, with a clear
focus on collaboration, problem solving and reflection.

**We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following**:

- Occupational knowledge and competence for the qualifications being externally quality assured
- Evidence of at least 3 years of working in an educational quality assurance role with knowledge of assessment and external quality assurance principles
- A Level 3 qualification in your chosen sector area
- A teaching qualification
- Have a qualifications in assessment and internal quality assurance or be willing to work towards one
