Senior Project Manager | Fast-Growth Creative Design Business | London
Harmonic are very excited to be partnering alongside a multidisciplinary studio comprising a diverse team of artists, designers, creatives, and craftsmen who work with some of the world's biggest international brands such as Nike, Netflix, Meta, and Google. They bring a unique perspective to every project. Not only do they excel in storytelling and brand expression through art, but they also demonstrate a commitment to supporting the arts on both a global and local scale.
The business is looking for a seasoned, confident, and diligent project manager with experience working in the creative space. You will be working with some of the biggest global brands and manage some very cool projects across Europe. In this role, you will act as a direct point of contact for clients, deliver projects within the agreed budget and timeline, work closely with the MD and Project Managers, source materials, and oversee installations on-site.
Serve as primary client liaison from project inception to post-sales support
Ensure project completion within agreed-upon budgets and deadlines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various budgets
Create and set budgets for projects
Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintain ongoing communication with Managing Director and Projects Director regarding budget-related matters
Keep project team informed of key deliverables and progress updates
Collaborate with Projects Director to allocate design resources effectively
Provide guidance to Creatives on project execution, including materiality and techniques
Source materials, products, and props as needed for projects
Oversee on-site installations
Experience working for a creative design business
~2-4 years of Project Manager experience
~ An education in the design field
Experience working in an art manufacturing and design business
Knowledge of InDesign and CAD software
Location : London (Hybrid)
