Pepper Advantage is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are currently looking for a Commercial Loan Servicing Business Analyst with proven experience in a commercial loans environment.
You will work directly with clients and business stakeholders to develop process and requirement documentation arising from both our client base and internally, whilst liaising with development and testing teams to ensure expectations are met.

Building a solid and robust knowledge of the existing process and system architecture in order to provide accurate and relevant feedback and queries to clients and business stakeholders
Providing leadership, coordination and project management on all change requests.
Working closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit and develop requirements for process & technical change
Updating the internal Change Management System to store all project and change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements and any developments
Author client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests;
Interacting with other managers to provide project management expertise to deliver change
Facilitating and coordinating remediation projects as required.
Delivering training and staff development initiatives as required

Experience in either commercial lending or servicing is preferable
Can seek opportunities for collaborating and sharing best practice to maximise the commercial potential.
Has a full appreciation of the company compliance procedures and standards required.
Actively maintains an on-going awareness of compliance.
Ability to manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and criticality.
A knowledge of Buy-to-let mortgages is preferred

This position is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation of three days per week office attendance.
