Park Holidays are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our growing seasonal Contact Centre team at our Head Office in Bexhill. Potential for permanent position depending on performance.
Park Holidays is one of the largest providers of Holiday Parks covering both England, Scotland and Wales. With every day being a new and exciting day.
We offer great career progression within the company and are looking for someone who wants to start or grow their career with us This role features an extra uncapped commission on holiday sales + extras Assisting our guests with their holiday booking journey
Ensure that you meet the company Customer Service standards and aim to exceed all customer expectations.
Attend any relevant training courses as recommended by your Line Manager or the Company.
Build customers’ interest in the services and products offered.
Provide customers service of the highest level.
Work in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
Be competent on the Live Chat system and if necessary, cover the Live Chat role during your shift hours.
Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
Able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
Please note this role includes mandatory weekend shifts.
