As we embark on a significant expansion phase, ArchWell Health is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our operations in the eastern United States. Your leadership will ensure the continued growth and performance of our clinics, directly contributing to the overall mission of providing exceptional care to our patients. Drive growth and operational efficiency in existing clinics, ensuring profitability and high-quality patient care.
Lead aggressive expansion efforts, including the launch of new clinics and the integration of innovative healthcare models.
Engage in strategic planning with the executive leadership team, aligning operational strategies with the broader goals of the company.
Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement among a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Adapt operational strategies in response to regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and operational agility.
Spearhead change management initiatives, driving the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions in healthcare delivery.

Demonstrated success in P&L management, with a strategic approach to driving profitability and operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high performance across diverse teams.
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of navigating complex challenges and seizing opportunities for growth.
Candidate is required to reside (or relocate) to the designated region, with strong preference for an ArchWell Health market within that region.

Undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare or Public Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role in a medical setting, with at least 5 years of multi-site experience
Minimum of 5 years of multi-million-dollar P&L management accountability; prior Medicare Advantage risk pool P&L responsibility preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of medical group operations
