Are you an Ofsted registered manger with a proven track record of managing a children's home and a vision for creating a nurturing environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to manage a 3-4 bed children's residential home.This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead the home through its Ofsted registration and then manage it. You will have the freedom to shape the service around your personality and practice methods, creating a thriving atmosphere for both staff and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the home through its Ofsted registration process.
  • Build and manage the home
  • Develop and implement practice methods to create a thriving environment for staff and young people.
  • Ensure the home complies with all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team.

The Person

  • Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • Worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
  • A proven track record of success within an Ofsted registered children’s home.
  • Achieved or be working towards the Level 5 diploma in Leadership and management of children and young people’s residential services.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Salaries are upwards of £50k depending on experience.
