Started in January 2020, we have dedicated operations and Fulfilment Centres in the USA, UK and Europe supporting over 500,000 customers.

We are passionate about building authentic relationships with our community, creators and influencers play a key role in our mission. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our creator, influencer and brand partnership strategy at scale.

The Saint and Sofia team has varied previous experience at leading luxury brands. In March 2023, we were awarded the Investors in People Gold Award for creating an outstanding working environment for our team. In June 2023, we were also nominated for the Employer of The Year Award. Saint and Sofia styles have been featured in Vanity Fair, Vogue, Stylist, Harpers Bazaar, The Times and others. Digitally native, our first store opened in Covent Garden in London in November 2024.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Partnerships in developing and nurturing our creator and influencer community. You’ll focus on PR gifting, affiliate marketing, and paid collaborations while gaining hands-on experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies. Key Responsibilities

Email & Communication Management

  • Manage the influencer marketing and partnerships inbox, including screening messages, responding to emails, and forwarding relevant inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a professional tone and timely response rate for all communications with influencers and partners.

PR Gifting Coordination

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end PR gifting process, including selecting products, liaising with influencers, and tracking shipments.
  • Maintain an organised gifting calendar and inventory for timely and strategic outreach.

Affiliate Programme Support

  • Assist in managing the affiliate programme, onboarding influencers, and monitoring their performance.
  • Analyse affiliate data to identify high-performing partners and potential opportunities.

Paid Partnerships

  • Support in identifying and recruiting influencers for paid collaborations, ensuring they align with the brand’s ethos.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, such as contracts, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their teams, fostering authentic and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with influencer content on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms to stay connected and show support.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, emerging creators, and social media shifts, sharing relevant insights with the marketing team.
  • Suggest fresh and innovative ways to leverage influencer content and collaborations to drive brand awareness.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track and measure the success of influencer campaigns, PR gifting, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with key insights, data, and learnings to refine future strategies.

  • Consumes and stays up-to-date with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Organised & Detail-Oriented

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong Communication Skills

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, especially when liaising with influencers and internal teams.
  • A personable and approachable demeanour.

Creative Thinker

  • Brings fresh ideas to campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Can identify and adapt to new trends and opportunities in the influencer landscape.

Tech-Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g. Brandwatch Influence) is a plus.

Eagerness to Learn

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with the team.
  • Takes initiative to understand influencer marketing metrics and the broader marketing landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media is a bonus but not required.
