Your Role in the Team:

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations within the Chester office. You’ll provide 1st & 2nd line support, addressing issues swiftly and maintaining a high level of service across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries across the company.
  • Accurately log and track incidents, service requests, and issues on the Service Desk.
  • Triage and prioritize support requests, ensuring service levels are maintained.
  • Deliver hardware support for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets.
  • Administer and support Office 365, ensuring all applications are fully operational.
  • Maintain system security and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong foundation in IT, supported by a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within an ITIL framework.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a keen desire to learn and grow.
