Supply Chain Manager Newly Weds® Foods Ltd is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for our Banbury site.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will manage the supply chain department to ensure that customer expectations are met whilst achieving all corporate policies, standards and key performance indicators. You will optimise the supply chain operations to achieve cost effective, safe and sustainable solutions, in a manner which allows for high productivity within the factory, suitable warehouse utilisation and effective logistics. The role will have a strong emphasis on continually developing the systems, policies and will ensure that staff keep to an optimal operation.

You will line manage our Customer Services Manager, Demand Planning Manager and Inventory Manager.

This role requires previous experience of managing supply chain processes within a manufacturing organisation as well as experience of managing and developing ERP systems. We are a leading privately owned global food ingredients business who have been trading since 1932. The European division is rapidly growing and is a market leader in the manufacture of food coatings, seasonings and functional ingredient systems.

Salary - between £57,000 to £67,500 depending on skills and experience
Working hours - 35 a week, Monday-Friday, however, the sites runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you may have to work outside of your usual hours.
