We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist & Team Leader – for a maternity cover period (minimum 6 months) for one of our amazing insurance clients for their broker lounge in the city.

We bring a fresh approach to the industry by providing service with enthusiasm through our dedicated team of DayMakers.
Team Management
Arrange rotas, approve timesheets, and handle holiday requests.
Monitor cleaning standards and engage housekeeping staff.
Register guests, serve beverages, and distribute access passes.
Conduct site walkarounds and inspections at specified times.
Maintain and stock meeting rooms and manage office supplies.
Complete monthly First Aid box checks and office inspections.
Act as Fire Warden/Chief Fire Warden during evacuations.
Report accidents, incidents, or near misses to the UK Facilities Manager.
Train relief staff on emergency procedures and maintain office security.
Communication: Communicate effectively with the client facilities team.
