Digital Learning Designer

Unleash your creativity as you contribute to transformative learning experiences that have a real impact

You’ll deliver

  • Collaborate with stakeholders & SME’s across the business to identify learning needs, and craft effective learning experiences tailored to those needs.
  • Develop eLearning content using authoring, editing, and design software (like Articulate and Adobe) that aligns with our design principles and NewDay's brand guidelines.
  • Actively participate in testing and provide constructive feedback on the team's output to improve quality and efficiency, and encourage new ideas and creative approaches in learning design, contributing to a culture of innovation.
  • Continuously update and improve our mandatory learning suite, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

  • Verbal and written communication, and able to articulate design concepts. You will also have some copyediting skills.
  • Learning Management Systems to support content deployment and tracking – if this is in Workday it is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Knowledge of core design principals,(colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy)

  • The ability to integrate modern design trends into innovative projects.
