We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in contract recruitment to help grow our client base in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energies sectors.

As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong client relationships in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries. You will work on identifying potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored contract recruitment solutions to support their business growth.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client partnerships.
Staying updated on industry trends and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
Attending customer visits, trade shows, networking events and other professional meet-ups to represent Douglas Stuart Ltd. as the best in class for manpower services.

We are looking for someone with a background in contract recruitment , ideally in the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energies sectors. Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
