Role Description

This is a part-time (3 days per week) hybrid role for a Lead Designer at Degen Distillery, which could lead to a full time role. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, visual design, and brand identity of Degen Distillery. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative designs to life. While the role is based in Brighton, there is flexibility for some remote work.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both 2D and 3D design.

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A passion for creativity and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design, Branding, and Visual Design skills
  • Experience in developing creative concepts and executing design projects
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the spirits or beverage industry is a plus
  • Experience in the web3 industry is a plus
