As we expand our presence into Cardiff, we are looking for a market leader to spearhead this exciting new venture and take ownership of this region.

About the Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise to build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates in Cardiff. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging with key clients and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment solutions and services.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.

What we’re looking for.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Cardiff construction market and existing industry connections preferred.
  • Clean driving license.
