Described by The Mail on Sunday as a jewel on the Dorset coastline, The Kings Arms offers a relaxed gourmet stay in the heart of Christchurch. An award-winning restaurant with rooms, The Kings Arms provides all of the ingredients for a perfect few days away.
Having been awarded a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years, The Kings Arms restaurant prides itself on offering great local food at great value. Headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken, with a philosophy of fresh, seasonal and local, dine from the popular 15 Mile Menu, or enjoy Friday Fizz n Chips.
Seamlessly blending character with contemporary design, the hotels 20 bedrooms have been carefully restored in true Georgian style, making you feel relaxed, comfortable and surrounded in luxury.
Perfectly positioned to soak up the towns unique ambiance, the hotel enjoys fantastic views across its very own Bowling Green and Pavilion, as well as Christchurch Castle and the towns Priory. With the Avon River flowing idly at its border, enjoy a stroll along the coastline before returning for a tantalising cocktail at The Kings Arms bar.
The role
We have a superb opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team. As Waiter/Waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential
