Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting, high end wellness resort in Bridport (West Dorset) who are looking for a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Associate or Waiter/Waitress to join their growing Food & Beverage team.
This role offers accommodation, or relocation assistance for candidates moving into the area. A driving license is essential for this role due to the location of the resort.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant or Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a truly unforgettable experience whilst at the retreat; this will be a varied role where you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects of the business operation. Responsibilities will include working with the Food & Beverage Manager, and the wider hospitality team to deliver an unrivalled experience, including but not limited to:
Ensure all F&B areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
Salaries up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
10% bonus with agreed KPI's
40 hour working week
Optional health insurance and wellness package
Off site accommodation in the local area
Relocation support for candidates out of area
Our client is developing a truly unique experience for their customers where they can experience everything from high quality, rustic meals with a team of personal chefs, to a self-catered escape from everyday life surrounded by nature (and everything that comes with it). Customers will be able to spend their time unwinding in their own way whether that be Yoga, a Vineyard tour or simply a remote walk in the wilderness.
Our client is building a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As a Food & Beverage Assistant or Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional stay, tending to their needs so they can really relax and enjoy themselves in the beautiful surroundings.
As a member of the Food & Beverage team you will have opportunities to learn how the products are made, ranging from the livestock reared on site, to the vegetables grown on the farm and the wine produced in the vineyard; This role will suit an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant or Waiter/Waitress who is ready to showcase their passion for hospitality and their dedication to delivering unrivalled service. Strong knowledge and experience serving and preparing wine and/or coffee is desired, as well as a strong background working in the hospitality industry in fine dining or luxury settings.
