Food and Beverage Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a luxury wellness resort in Bridport, West Dorset. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a truly unforgettable experience while dining at our resort.

• Offer best-in-industry service levels to our guests
• Develop a full working knowledge of the F&B function, understanding the home-produced products on offer and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Recommend experiences on offer at the resort
• Ensure all F&B areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Deliver an exceptional level of service at all times for the guests

• Salaries up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• 10% bonus with agreed KPI's
