Headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken, with a philosophy of fresh, seasonal and local, dine from the popular 15 Mile Menu, or enjoy Friday Fizz n Chips.

The role
We have a superb opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team. As Waiter/Waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential
