You'll join a customer obsessed Proposition team that sits at the heart of this transformation. We turn market insight and regulation into simple, trusted experiences, working closely with Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers and Integrators to design, deliver and continuously improve propositions that put clients and advisers first. Lead responses to new regulation and market developments so our proposition stays compliant and competitive
Own product governance and business readiness activities including training, comms, testing and implementation
Partner with Product Owners and Journey Managers to analyse user stories, define business cases and write specifications at Lab or Team level
Embed Consumer Duty, deliver trading targets and OKRs, and report on product performance and benefits
