1. Primary Responsibility:

  • To drive and grow sales for all our brands of wallcoverings in the UK and Internationally
  • To identify and appoint new sales partners internationally
  • To maintain relationships with our key customers

2. Specific Duties:

  • To develop and implement a sales plan
  • To find  new  customers for all of our brands
  • To achieve and exceed quarterly set sales targets 
  • To manage and grow the business with our existing key customers
  • To identify and appoint new retailers, distributors, onliners and other sales partners internationally
  • Provide input in developing, facilitating, and implementing new collections by working with the marketing and creative departments

4. Other Criteria:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the wallcovering industry
  • Having previously done business with the key National Decorating Merchants
  • Having sold wallcoverings internationally
  • Experienced at positioning and selling multiple brands 
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize & implement strategic market plans and programs
  • Ability to manage concepts, programs & people in an effective manner.
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels.
  • 2 nd European Language an advantage
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time and be away from home
