Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, PPC, PMAX, Display and YouTube)

Working closely with the digital media agency daily on performance and managing the strategic channel roadmaps to ensure that they are taking advantage of new tech, beta products & testing A.

Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.

Work closely with the marketing, creative, and web development teams to align PPC and SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

Hands-on management of all day-to-day activities for search and display performance channels in collaboration with the digital agency.

Explore, recommend, and A/B test personalisation of landing pages, creative and ad copy.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Use tools such as SEM360 & Tableu

You are:

  • Proven experience as a PPC & SEO specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of PPC and SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Intermediate-level experience in using Google Analytics
