A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director from a Construction background looking to take the next step in their career, joining an ambitious company with a clear 5 year growth plan. This is a fast-paced role, operating at board level with scope for future progression.

This company is a well-established fit-out contractor that works within multiple sectors of the Construction industry. Due to growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Sales and Marketing Director who has experience working in the Construction industry to help drive business growth.

In this role, you will be tasked with implementing a sales and marketing strategy to increase growth and profitability within the business. You will operate at board level, responsible for overseeing sales and marketing teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by networking at director/board level, and implementing pricing strategies to increase profitability.

The Role
  1. Leadership - Overseeing sales and marketing teams implementing strategies to increase profitability
  2. Business Development - Create strong relationships at board/Director level with key clients to increase business
  3. Collaborate with multiple departments ensuring clear communication between teams
  4. Operate at board level and have involvement with executing the year growth plan
  5. Full-time permanent position based in Bristol with national and international travel
The Person
  1. Worked at board level reporting to the board and dealing with business at board level
  2. Good Construction industry experience ideally worked for a medium-sized company
  3. Highly motivated ambitious individual who has a passion for overseeing growth within businesses
  4. Based within an hour of Bristol - willing to travel as and when required either nationally or internationally
  5. Demonstrable evidence on the CV of success in assisting in the growth of a company
