Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the sales department based at Bristol Service Branch.

This administrator job offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a team that values customer service and teamwork. You will support the sales team with account management, generating quotations and winning orders for repair and upgrade works.

Previous experience within a busy administrator job and the ability to schedule work is essential.

As the Sales Administrator you will work Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:15 and Friday 09:00 to 16:45. This job is a permanent contract.

To be successful as a Sales Administrator, it is essential that you have proven experience in an administrator role. Experience in sales and the lift industry would be desirable.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Triaging enquiries responding to enquiries and distributing to the relevant
  • Booking in surveys helping improve efficiency
  • Chasing quotations proactively following up with customers to maximise sales
  • Processing repair orders and keeping track of deposits
  • Assist colleagues with completing tenders and PQQs
  • Produce regular reports identifying trends

Sales Administrator Requirements:

  • NVQ In Administration or equivalent is desirable
  • NVQ 3 in Customer Service or equivalent is desirable
  • Administration experience
