Do you have experience of working within the energy industry and analysing clients energy bills? Our client, a long-established international energy management and sustainability consultancy, are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual for their invoice validation service . You will be responsible for reviewing and correcting queries raised on supplier invoices for major clients. If you have some experience of working within energy bureau, comfortable analysing high volumes of data and you have excellent communication skills – APPLY NOW
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring energy supplier billing files to ensure all energy invoices are received/in full.
- Perform invoice validation checks ensure invoices are correct
- Investigate reasons for failed invoices by managing all miss-matches identified.
- Raise and log queries identified with energy suppliers and manage queries to resolution.
- Run monthly data reports.
- Collaboration with Other Departments – Effective communication with various departments such, energy consultants, administration and finance are crucial. This collaboration ensures accurate billing and assists with resolving any discrepancies.
Key skills and experience:
- A strong customer service ethos.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Computer literate in MS office (especially excel)
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently under deadlines.
- Team – player you enjoy working closely with other departments.
- Eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work and initiative are vital elements of this role.
- On the job training in our systems will be provided.
- This is an important administrative role and, for the right person, may lead to other opportunities within the Company.
