As a Recruitment Consultant in our Sussex team, you’ll be more than just a recruiter—you’ll be a career architect , helping professionals take the next step in their journey while playing a crucial role in shaping the future of life sciences. From sourcing top talent to placing them in impactful roles, you’ll make a tangible difference.
Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in the life sciences sector.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact to negotiating offers.
