Your Responsibilities Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in the life sciences sector. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunities. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact to negotiating offers. Achieving individual and team targets by placing candidates in key roles. Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice and insights to clients.
