Join our HR team as a Senior Reward Partner and ensure that Cognita is a competitive employer of choice in terms of its pay, benefits, and total reward. Through strong and professional thought leadership, provide strategic oversight to develop pay, reward, benefits, and performance strategies to enable excellent reward practice. Ensure all aspects of Rewards, benefits, and relevant policies are focused on diversity and inclusion to ensure accessibility and equality of approach for all colleagues and candidates.

This role is both a strategic and operational reward role, including reward project management, coordination of annual reward deliverables, and provision of an advisory and analytical service covering all aspects of reward and contributing to the effective delivery of reward policies.

The role will have responsibility for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to developing and maintaining all Reward approaches, including policies and procedures.
  • Strategic oversight into the maintenance of HR Reward data to support the wider organisation and to assist in Cognita’s strategies and objectives.
  • Line management of the Senior Reward Analyst.
  • Note all responsibilities span the UK, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, USA, and all emerging markets.

About you

  • Chartered member of CIPD membership or equivalent experience in a specialist field.
  • Experience working at a senior HR level in a complex and multi-country organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Must have significant experience in a specialist role, operating with high autonomy.
  • Experience in leading Systems upgrades.
