Design and optimize electrical motors, from the conceptual stage through to production, ensuring performance and efficiency.
Perform electromagnetic and thermal analysis using FEA tools such as Ansys Maxwell and MotorCAD.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to integrate motor designs with a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach.
Drive innovation by applying theoretical knowledge to practical motor design challenges.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and technical requirements.

An Engineering degree in relevant field.
Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical motor design, from concept to manufacturing.
Proficiency in commercial motor design software, such as Ansys Maxwell and MotorCAD.
Strong understanding of the theory and principles behind motor design.
Proactive attitude with a passion for technological advancements in electric vehicle powertrains.
Motorcycle Licence and Experience
