Real Estate Asset Management Manager

Our client is a reputable sector-agnostic Investment Manager with global reach and over $4.Strategic and pro-active asset management, commercial portfolio.
Implementation of value-add asset management initiatives: leasing, re-gears, refurb and re-positions.
On-boarding of any new assets acquired ensuring a smooth handover post deal close.
Management of all 3rd party consultants (property managers, letting agents, surveyors, lawyers and valuers)
Prepare and implement annual business plans to increase fund performance.
Assistance with financial cash flow modelling, performance reporting and evaluation of proposed initiatives.
Minimum 2-4 years in commercial property asset management.
Real Estate (or Built Environment) degree
Solid Excel skills, including financial modelling and appraising asset management initiatives.
Ability to travel to meet with key stakeholders and tenants in the UK and across Europe
