Business Development Director – Data & AI Must be eligible for SC clearance or actively SC Cleared Hybrid WFH - with travel to London and/or client sites Permanent We’re currently working with an established and market leading technology and transformation consultancy. They are looking for an experienced Data & AI Business Development Director to drive the growth of a rapidly expanding practice. Your role will centre on identifying and developing opportunities where Data & AI offerings can deliver real value to clients. What you'll be doing: Building trusted, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations by understanding their business pain points and objectives. Articulating how our AI and data solutions address specific industry and organisational challenges, backed by real-world case studies. Driving the full business development lifecycle – from identifying and qualifying leads through to contract signature – in close collaboration with technical delivery teams. Engaging with the partner ecosystem. Representing the business at industry events and conferences , promoting the AI capabilities and building your network. Your Experience: Expertise in selling Data & AI consulting and managed service solutions , focused on large enterprise-scale deals. Ideally FSI and Retail sectors. Collaborated closely with technical pre-sales, delivery consultants, architects, and project managers to shape compelling value propositions and win high-value opportunities. Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of Consulting and Managed Services , positioning offerings to support clients’ strategic goals and long-term transformation journeys. Built, managed, and delivery a minimum of £2M in annual contract value through managed and consulting services deals. Why join us?
