The role involves contributing to the development of Veterinary Nurses' individual surgical and medical interests, as well as assisting in the training of the nurse and VCA team. Responsibilities:
- Participate in appraisals and auditing of clinical care.
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain the purpose-built and fully equipped surgery for optimal clinical care.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 Vets, 2 nurses, 2 Student nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 1 Practice Manager & 4 Client Care Advisors.
- Uphold practice standards and certifications, including RCVS Practice Standards (GP), ISFM Feline Friendly Practice, and RAW Rabbit Friendly Practice (Silver).
- Registered Veterinary Nurse
- Experience in general nursing.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Genuine interest in animal welfare.
- Forward-thinking and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 (Depending on experience).
