Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to lead our dynamic team in supporting a varied caseload. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing our Student Veterinary Nurses.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Veterinary Nurses in providing exceptional patient care and clinical support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures
- Act as a Clinical Coach for Student Veterinary Nurses, providing guidance and mentorship
- Contribute to the development of the practice's clinical standards and policies
Work Schedule:
- Flexible rota: Full or Part time
- Choose between 4 or 5 days
- No Weekend shifts
- No Overnight shifts
Benefits:

Requirements:
