Job Title: First Line Support Specialist
Location: Bodymoor Heath
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (including weekends)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding First Line Support Analyst to join a fast-paced, exciting company that is looking to expand their support team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Handle user inquiries and technical issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a First Line Support role.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to work on-site full-time, including weekends.
Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to be on-site during regular business hours, including weekends. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
