Reporting To : Sales Director

To assist the Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager in driving sales growth and commercial development to achieve market share and budget targets.

Support the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Natural Gas (industrial, commercial, greenhouse, oil & gas, municipalities)
Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
Maintain and update CRM, ensuring thorough information sharing across the organization and facilitating sales audits
Research and analyze potential economic incentives for projects
Continuously enhance skills and knowledge as per the company’s training plans
Energy or Industrial sectors


Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within the energy, cogeneration, biomethane, or biogas sectors
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development and customer engagement
Native English speaker
Dynamic, fresh-thinking individual with strong social skills and a collaborative mindset

Travel : Up to 50% travel required

Compensation : £50,000 + bonus + company car
