Have you experience of building partnerships with key UK/International grocers?
MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a growing beauty/gifting company, on the search for National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the beauty and gifting sector, with a primary focus on the grocery channel. Leveraging your extensive experience in the industry, you will develop and execute strategic plans to maximise sales, expand market share, and strengthen partnerships with national grocery chains.
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration within the grocery sector.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of agreements to ensure profitability and mutual success for both the company and its retail partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and execution of account strategies.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in national account management within the beauty or gifting industry, with a proven track record of success in the grocery channel.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics, category management principles, and consumer behaviour within the beauty and gifting categories.
Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market data, develop insights, and formulate actionable plans.
