Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking an experienced Telecoms Billing Manager with specialist expertise in the Zoey billing platform . This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to step into a key role managing telecom billing operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Billing Operations Management:
Oversee the entire telecom billing process using the Zoey platform.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all telecom services.
Monitor customer usage, manage alerting procedures, and oversee CDR imports for all billing suppliers.
Act as the go-to expert for the Zoey billing platform.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze billing data for trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and process improvement.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to management and key stakeholders.
Efficiently resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a smooth billing experience, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal company policies.
Lead preparations for internal and external audits, implementing controls to mitigate errors and prevent fraud.
Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training on the Zoey platform and billing processes.


At least 12 months of experience in telecom billing management.
Demonstrated expertise with the Zoey billing platform.
Experience managing billing operations and leading teams.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
