Leader who is keen to join a vibrant and positive team as well as, being keen to take part in their continued success and growth. Responsibilities Promote safe working environment, continuously adhere to guidance/recommendation/safe practice. Ensure standard operating procedures, are all documented and trained to all staff and signed off . Ensure all tasks in area have safe systems of work all staff trained and signed off. Coach and motivate potential talents within the team. Encourage and support colleagues/TL to meet targets. Communicate shift plan with staff and other Team leaders. Measure performance through RP and ensure that cost and quality KPIs are achieved. Ensure high standards of warehouse discipline are maintained including positioning of stock within the warehouse, general housekeeping, and cleanliness of the facility. Communicate effectively with the other operational areas and achieve a good standard of shift handover. Reporting investigations and escalations. Requirements Strong communication skills Previous Team Leader experience or equivalent managing a team of more than 10.
