This exciting role will form part of a cross-functional team who is accountable for the end-to-end digital experience in the member Plan Servicing and Claims (MSC) journey.
As product manager, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog stretching multiple capabilities and working with multiple scrum teams. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology development teams. Design medium to long term product strategy - 6-9 months and beyond - with an aim to revolutionise your product’s position within Vitality’s ecosystem
Responsible for the daily management of owned product performance
Carry out detailed analysis of user needs, business requirements, impact, scope, risks, benefits and technical dependencies for user stories
Written in the agile user story format, with relevant support documentation and clearly defined acceptance criteria for each story
Work collaboratively with the UX team to provide understanding of the user stories to ensure designs are aligned
Agile Product specialist with a proven track record working in complex environments with competing needs
High level of understanding of web development practices
Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation processes
Proficient at writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Able to produce high quality supporting artefacts to assist the team in development of product features
