Prioritising, issuing and scheduling work orders for the Machine Shop
Production target and KPI management
Overall efficiency and productivity of production
Quality & Compliance of manufactured products
Identification of manufacturing needs for new products in development and existing products
Championing of health & safety and ensuring the implementation around the Machine Shop
Recruitment, training and development of staff
Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Production Supervisor, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager within a CNC environment
Experience of leading a team of CNC Machinists (Turners & Millers)
Knowledge of implementing and maintaining quality and compliance across the manufacturing process
