Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer who is passionate about bringing ideas to life and supporting the creative vision of our Design Department. You will produce high-quality graphic and print design that elevates our brand, while contributing to the wider team’s creative direction and ensuring strong, consistent brand execution across all design outputs. Develop seasonal silhouettes, sketches, fabrics, trims, and design handwriting that reflect Craghoppers’ brand identity and performance values.
Collaborate with Buying and Product teams to ensure collections meet strategic direction, pricing, and consumer expectations.
Develop print, pattern, and artwork direction as needed to support cohesive collections.
Design Development
Lead the design process from concept to final range - producing CADs, mood boards, range plans and CLO 3D files across all womenswear categories.
Present collections confidently at internal and external meetings, clearly communicating design rationale and commercial opportunities.
Ensure consistency across women’s and men’s ranges and adherence to the corporate critical path.
Mentor junior team members, contributing to a strong creative culture.
Branding & Accessories
~ Develop artwork and accessories aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal direction, maintaining consistent design handwriting.

As our future Graphic Designer , you will have:
Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics, Textile Design, or a related field
Brand Awareness and product relevance
Internship or junior-level industry experience within graphic design, fashion, or print design.
Ability to design both placement graphics and seamless all-over prints.
Strong communication skills and confidence in taking creative direction.
Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about apparel and trend-led graphic design.
Computer literate, full understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, CAD software and Excel, Centric PLM or relevant alternative, CLO 3D Design.
