Joining as site HR Manager, you'll provide a professional HR service to the business in order to meet the sites' employee relations, development, reward and resourcing requirements, in accordance with company policies, procedures and current employment legislation. Supporting management in the development and implementation of the Site HR Strategy in alignment with Group and Business Unit objectives.

Develops HR policy and provides support and guidance in the practical implementation of HR policies and employment legislation, ensuring consistency in HR practices and legal compliance.
Provides a professional counsel and advisory service to all management levels on employee relations.
Supports the Site Leadership team in selecting, developing and coaching the Talent to manage and deliver business objectives.
Contribute to the wider development of the business and achievement of Corporate objectives through active participation as a member of the Management Team.
Leads and supports the effective use of Performance Management in the delivery of personal and business results and encourages people to develop to their full potential.
Co-ordinates the Talent Review process and ensure that Development/Retention plans are in place.
Supports the delivery of key Organisational Structure Change projects
Ensures the HR system is fully utilised and up to date.

Proven experience in HR in an FMCG environment (preferably unionised)
