Project Description: Refurbishment of an existing industrial building to create 4 new flats and a community hub on the ground floor.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall on-site management and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Overseeing all aspects of construction works, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and health and safety regulations.
Leading and motivating a team of sub-contractors, maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
Ensuring quality control throughout the project and documenting all progress and snagging issues.
Working collaboratively with the design team to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
Managing and controlling the project budget and schedule.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Proven experience in design and build projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Leadership qualities to motivate and manage a team of sub-contractors.
Possession of a valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS).
